WILLOWS — People accustomed to driving 55 mph on County Road 33 near Artois and Interstate 5, will have to slow down. The Glenn County Board of Supervisors approved an ordinance Tuesday that lowers the speed limit to 35 mph extending from I-5 to 500 feet east of County Road JJ at Artois.
