Huge german shepherd boy (puppy now, but likely 95lbs at full size) that is a COMPLETE GOOFBALL!! If he was on Spongebob, he would be Patrick! – Were thinking we would name him Goliath (Golli for short) but after spending a week with him, he is such a dork, we are rethinking. Love some of the silly ones above but will probably stick with Goliath (hoping he will settle into a “gentle giant” demeaner eventually). Others that are making the short list include – Kentaro, Titus/Titan, Montaro, Atlas, Barnabus, and Samson, although Tinkerbell also has some appeal 😉

We just adopted a Great Dane mix, he is a rescue and is 5 months old. He’s very sweet, but my daughter can’t seem to find a name for him. We’ve had him for about two weeks and we’re alternating between Rupert and Geno. He responds to both. He’s my daughter’s dog, she takes care of him and everything. She just cannot decided which one to name him.

Well,I don’t have him yet. But,he’s 3 weeks old,White Boxer,one blue eye and he’s so big!!! I was thinking of naming him Kaine or Puddles. Or should I wait till hes older?

I adopted my first German Shepard. He’s a gentleman. He weighs 90 pounds so he’s a big boy whose owner died in another state. He was terrified at the rescue,I took him home. They said his name was Max, he didn’t respond at first so I wondered. I like Maximilian, Max not so much. So being that he’s 4 plus years old I’ve decided to go with Majestic, then call him Maj for short because it sounds familiar. He’s had enough change, it’s been hard for him. He’s doing well on day three. I was so worried bc day two he had the worst diarrhea ever, he also threw up everything including his water.

My dogs name is Hectic, he is a Great Dane, very calm and well mannered.
His name is a paradox, one definition of a paradox is, The opposite of what it is but still can be true. it suits him down to the ground LOL
